Candidates must have 4-6 years of experience in Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Compliance, SOX, Enterprise Risk Management, or related fields. Strong project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and fluency in German (C1 level) are essential. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, is required.
