EY is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support clients in implementing complex SAP systems and solutions. The role requires strong technical skills in SAP FICO, project management expertise, and the ability to work in international, multicultural teams.
Primary responsibilities include helping clients successfully undergo IT transformations by implementing new SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, TRM, Central Finance, Accrual Engine, and RE-FX. Consultants will support clients in both greenfield and brownfield implementations using methodologies like Agile, with a key focus on managing the quality of implementation projects and supporting end-to-end business processes.
Required experience includes a minimum of 2+ years in the SAP FICO area, with demonstrable expertise in standard project tasks such as conducting Fit-Gap workshops, configuration, testing, documentation, and training. Strong accounting knowledge, excellent English communication skills, proven ability to work in international environments, and experience with end-to-end business processes and data migration are essential.
