The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in Agile development environments, 2 years as a Scrum Master, proven project management experience in large-scale multicultural settings, and a higher education degree preferably in business, technology, science, engineering, or mathematics. Additionally, candidates need in-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, management tools, and strong facilitation skills.
