EY is seeking a Security Engineer to join their growing Cybersecurity practice in Cyprus. The role involves providing technical security expertise, designing and implementing security solutions, and helping clients improve their cybersecurity posture with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
The primary responsibilities include designing and assessing security architectures, implementing secure networks and cloud infrastructures, developing robust security measures like firewalls and intrusion detection systems, conducting vulnerability assessments, and providing technical support during security incident investigations.
Required experience includes a BSc in Computer Science or related field, minimum 2 years of experience in security roles, strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and Active Directory, hands-on knowledge of security technologies like IDS/IPS, SIEM, and cloud security certifications. Professional certifications like GSEC, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP are advantageous.
