EY is seeking a Senior Accountant for their Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team in Vilnius. The role involves leading accounting and financial reporting processes, preparing financial statements, managing a small team, and maintaining client relationships in an international environment.
As a Senior Accountant at EY's Global Compliance and Reporting team, you will oversee and lead comprehensive accounting processes including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset, and general ledger accounting. You'll be responsible for preparing financial statements in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS standards, generating management reports, and providing financial performance guidance to clients.
The ideal candidate will have professional accounting experience, team management skills, excellent communication abilities in Lithuanian and English, strong interpersonal skills, and a detail-oriented approach. Experience in an international environment is preferred, with demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to supervise a team of 2-3 people effectively.
