EY is seeking a Senior Accountant for their Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team in Vilnius, responsible for leading accounting and financial reporting processes, preparing financial statements, managing a small team, and maintaining client relationships.
Primary responsibilities include overseeing accounting and financial reporting processes for clients, managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset and general ledger accounting, and preparing comprehensive financial statements in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS standards.
The ideal candidate will have professional accounting experience, team management skills, excellent communication in Lithuanian and English, strong interpersonal abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and preferably experience in an international work environment.
