EY is seeking a Senior Auditor for their Budapest office, specializing in banking and insurance clients. The role involves conducting financial audits, supporting assurance engagements, and working closely with clients to meet their reporting requirements. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of external audit experience in the Financial Services Industry.
This role involves supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality assurance engagements for banking and insurance clients. Primary responsibilities include coordinating audit processes, maintaining communication with the audit team and client management, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with EY's high standards.
Candidates must have a university degree in economics, preferably with a specialization in finance and accounting. The role requires 2-4 years of external audit experience in the Financial Services Industry, strong proficiency in English and Hungarian, and excellent MS Office skills. Experience with IFRS/US GAAP and ongoing professional certifications like ACCA, CFA, or HCA are advantageous.
