EY is seeking a Senior Consultant for Financial and Transaction Accounting Advisory Services. The role involves supporting clients in complex accounting, transaction, and reporting environments across various financial standards and helping companies navigate challenging compliance landscapes.
Primary responsibilities include supporting IPOs, M&A transactions, and carve-outs for market-leading companies in accounting, transactions, process optimization, and corporate valuation. Consultants will work interdisciplinarily across EY's strategy, tax, and advisory service lines.
Candidates must have a completed bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, or a related field with preferably 2+ years of professional experience. Strong analytical thinking, creativity in problem-solving, and excellent communication skills in German and English are essential.
