The candidate requires a master's degree in law with preferably an additional degree in Social Law, minimum 2 years of experience in Social Law, excellent Dutch and English communication skills, and a strong desire to become a trusted business advisor specializing in employment and social security law. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and commercial acumen are essential.
