As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting Finance Transformation Programmes including requirements gathering, process mapping, controls documentation, writing process narratives, operating procedures, working day timetable documentation, and reporting requirement documentation. You will coordinate activities between teams, provide guidance to junior team members, and assist in delivering key engagement mobilization through scoping and planning.
Ideal candidates must have prior consulting experience in Finance Transformation, specifically in Financial Services (preferably Banking & Capital Markets). Experience in business architecture, target operating model design, process & controls, organization design, change management, and business readiness is crucial. Strong technical skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio are required, along with the ability to understand and implement finance technology solutions.
