The role involves supporting Finance Transformation projects, focusing on business implementation, systems integration, and financial modelling across the Financial Services market. Ideal candidates will have strong consulting experience in Finance Transformation, particularly in Banking & Capital Markets.
This role involves supporting the delivery of Finance Transformation Programmes, including requirements gathering, process mapping, controls documentation, and developing process narratives and operating procedures. Responsibilities include coordinating activities between teams, providing guidance to junior members, and translating client requirements into leading practice processes and business design.
Candidates must have prior consulting experience in Finance Transformation, preferably in Financial Services. Experience is required in areas such as Business Architecture, Target Operating Model, Process & Controls, Organization Design, and Change Management. Strong skills in understanding financial technology solutions, process design, and the ability to work effectively in complex financial environments are essential.
