Primary responsibilities include supporting Finance Transformation Programmes through requirements gathering, process mapping, controls documentation, creating process narratives, operating procedures, working day timetable documentation, and coordinating activities between project teams.
Required experience includes a strong track record in Finance Transformation, preferably in Financial Services, with expertise in Business Architecture, Target Operating Model, Process & Controls, Organization Design, Change Management, and understanding of Financial Technology applications. Candidates must have consulting experience, proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio, and ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
