This role involves supporting and advising national and international clients on complex financial accounting matters, transaction support, and IPO-related services. This role primarily involves providing accounting advisory services to clients across industries, supporting complex transactions such as acquisitions, sales, and capital market activities. The consultant will help with transaction accounting, pro-forma and carve-out reporting, and supporting clients through financial reporting changes and consolidation processes.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Economics, with 2-3 years of experience in auditing or financial accounting/controlling. Strong knowledge of IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, and Swiss corporate law is essential. Fluency in German and English is required, along with demonstrated skills in teamwork, target orientation, and quick comprehension.
