Required experience includes a university degree in finance or accounting, 2-4 years of experience in financial reporting, proficiency in IFRS and CAS, and proven experience in financial due diligence or audit. Candidates must demonstrate strong numeracy, analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
