As a Senior VAT Controller, you will manage VAT/GST compliance for assigned entities/countries, acting as a single point of contact for international clients. Primary responsibilities include monitoring indirect tax data quality, reviewing and approving tax returns, tracking legislative changes, and improving compliance processes.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, tax law, or accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of professional VAT compliance experience. Candidates must have a basic understanding of compliance activities, IT systems, and VAT reporting solutions. Strong communication skills across cultures and languages are essential.
