Job description
EY is seeking a Senior Consultant for HR Transformation and Technology in Berlin. The role involves strategic HR consulting, technology implementation, and supporting organizational development. Ideal candidates will have experience in HR transformation projects, strong analytical skills, and a background in business, psychology, or related fields.
As part of the HR Transformation & Technology Team, you will guide clients through technology implementation and strategic organizational development, creating innovative solutions that balance human and business needs. Your primary responsibilities include developing customized HR strategies, conducting data-driven analysis, and supporting functional, process, technological, and conceptual solution implementations.
Required qualifications include a completed university degree in business administration, psychology, preferably in an IT-related field, with initial professional experience in HR consulting or HR projects focusing on digital transformation. Strong technical knowledge of HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors and proficiency in project management methodologies are essential.
