As a Tax Quality Advisor, you will serve as an expert and point of contact for the Tax serviceline on quality, risk, and legal issues. Your primary responsibilities include supporting legislative compliance, developing training materials, managing quality processes, and implementing new quality tools within the Tax serviceline.
The ideal candidate should have a university or HBO degree with legal knowledge, at least four years of professional experience (preferably in the Tax sector at a Big Four firm), and excellent proficiency in both Dutch and English. Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented thinking, project management experience, and a keen interest in technology and innovation are crucial.
