Required experience includes a master's degree in Business, Industrial or Civil Engineering, minimum 3 years professional experience in operational excellence programs, proven track record of delivering sustained performance improvements, and expertise in managing and improving production lines. Candidates must have experience in running improvement projects, managing shopfloor teams, delivering operational excellence training, and demonstrating knowledge of manufacturing trends like Industry 4.0, IoT, AI, and Smart Manufacturing.
