The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in finance/economics or IT, 2-5 years of professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, and relevant Microsoft certifications. Strong technical skills in customer engagement, case management, and enterprise cloud platforms are essential.
