Candidates must have a completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field, with initial practical experience through internships or working student positions in audit, consulting, or sustainability departments. For Senior Consultant roles, at least two years of relevant professional experience is required. Strong knowledge of Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), EU Taxonomy, and financial/non-financial reporting is desirable.
