Job description
EY is seeking experienced Change Management Professionals for technology transformation projects, specifically in SAP environments. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, or related fields. Essential requirements include 2-6 years of change management experience, preferably in SAP environments, with demonstrated abilities in leadership, stakeholder management, project coordination, and training development. Certifications like PROSCI Change Management are advantageous.
