Primary responsibilities include managing consulting projects for capital management companies, fund administrators, and asset managers, focusing on ESG strategy, product development, market entry, and digitalization. The role involves selecting and implementing digital ESG solutions, conducting cost, timeline, and quality management, and performing reporting, data verification, and certifications.
Required experience includes an above-average university degree in business administration with a real estate focus or civil engineering, initial practical experience in real estate sustainability and/or portfolio and asset management. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, precise work methods, high IT affinity, and willingness to quickly learn new ESG software solutions. Programming experience in Python or R is desirable.
