As part of EY's HR Technology team within People Consulting, you will provide comprehensive consulting services for digital HR process transformations across Germany. Your primary responsibilities include advising clients on innovative HR technologies, developing customized digital solutions with a focus on ServiceNow HRSD, planning and moderating workshops, and actively supporting all project phases.
Candidates should have practical experience with ServiceNow HRSD, strong process understanding, and the ability to define and implement process and integration requirements within HR IT architectures. Analytical thinking, structured approach, and the capability to combine entrepreneurial mindset with empathy are crucial. Excellent German and English communication skills are required.
