Job description
EY is seeking an experienced tax consultant to join their International Management Incentives team in Berlin. The role focuses on advising international clients on management and employee equity participation programs, with a strong emphasis on transaction-related tax structuring and implementation.
Primary responsibilities include advising on management and employee equity participation programs, providing tax structuring support for international management equity plans, assisting with global implementation of participation programs, and conducting due diligence on existing incentive plans during transactions.
Ideal candidates should have a completed business/economics degree (preferably with a tax focus), initial professional experience in consulting or transaction environments, fluent German and English skills, strong analytical capabilities, and a willingness to learn and contribute to team development.
