Job description
EY Global Delivery Services is seeking a German-speaking Senior Executive Assistant to perform administrative tasks and support internal clients in a dynamic team environment. The role requires excellent organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication abilities in German and English.
As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will perform critical administrative and project management duties including calendar management, travel and expense coordination, meeting preparation, reporting, communication management, SharePoint maintenance, and providing comprehensive support to team leadership and clients.
Candidates must be fluent in German and English (B2/C1 level), possess excellent communication and organizational skills, demonstrate high attention to detail, and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong proficiency in MS Office and previous administrative support experience are highly desirable.
