As an Internal Business Advisor, you will work closely with Finance teams and client serving teams, providing critical support in SAP processes, financial management, and team guidance. Your primary responsibilities include reaching out to client serving teams, assisting with financials, preparing and facilitating training sessions, providing virtual support via phone and email, resolving immediate questions, and ensuring quick and effective responses to internal client needs.
Candidates must have a graduate degree or professional certification in business-related subjects like Accounting or Finance, with demonstrable professional experience. Essential requirements include high-level English and French language skills (C1 level), strong communication and partnering abilities, excellent listening and questioning skills, robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities, and the ability to view issues through client serving teams' perspectives.
