EY is seeking an experienced tax professional to join their Business Tax Advisory team in Den Haag. The role involves providing strategic tax advice to multinational corporations, solving complex tax challenges, and guiding clients through evolving tax landscapes while developing junior team members.
As a (Senior) Manager in Business Tax Advisory, you will be responsible for analyzing complex tax issues within multinational enterprises, developing tailored solutions, and providing strategic advice to clients. Your primary responsibilities include mapping stakeholder needs, anticipating dynamic developments, and proactively identifying tax opportunities while mitigating potential risks.
The ideal candidate will have a completed university degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics, with membership in the Dutch Order of Tax Advisors (NOB). You must have 5-8 years of experience in a tax advisory practice, proven leadership capabilities, and demonstrated ability to build sustainable client relationships. Strong expertise in solving international corporate tax challenges and proficiency in Dutch and English are essential.
