Primary responsibilities include developing tailored accounting solutions for clients, providing expertise in financial transactions, process optimization, and corporate valuation, leading complex projects across multiple audit and consulting assignments, and guiding interdisciplinary teams through challenging financial transformations.
Required experience includes a minimum of five years of professional experience with strong IFRS knowledge, a completed degree in business administration or accounting, preferably with a completed or upcoming auditing examination (WP exam), CFA, or comparable qualifications. Candidates must demonstrate analytical thinking, creativity, initial leadership experience, and excellent communication skills in German and English.
