This role focuses on defining and optimizing Target Operating Models, managing transformation projects, conducting regulatory due diligence, and identifying impacts of new European regulations on investment processes and organizational structures.
Ideal candidates will have a business or university master's degree in Asset Management or Finance, with strong knowledge of Asset Management sector regulations, internal processes of Portfolio Management Companies, and experience in transformation projects. Strong analytical skills, team collaboration, and fluent English are required.
