The role involves managing complex policy research projects, delivering evidence-based outputs for European institutions, and contributing to policy analysis and implementation across various social policy domains.
Primary responsibilities include managing large-scale policy research projects, developing methodologies, collecting and analyzing statistical data, leading work streams such as desk research, needs assessments, surveys, and interviews, and coordinating with clients, partners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality policy insights and recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in participating and managing complex research projects, strong analytical skills, expertise in employment policy, labor economics, and social policy, and demonstrated ability to write winning bids for public sector clients. Candidates should possess a master's degree in Economics, Statistics, or related fields, with at least 5 years of professional experience in consulting or public administration.
