Primary responsibilities include leading sustainability report audits for companies in different sectors, supporting clients in preparing for Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements, analyzing work processes to address environmental and social risks, developing consulting approaches, and leading interdisciplinary teams with on-the-job coaching.
Required experience includes at least five years of professional experience as a project leader in accounting or sustainability departments, completed or near-completed chartered accountant certification, strong knowledge of non-financial reporting standards like CSRD and EU Taxonomy, and expertise in financial reporting standards such as HGB/IFRS/US-GAAP.
