Responsible for delivering comprehensive payroll processing services for Nordic countries, including tasks such as Build to Gross and Gross to Net processing, pay processing, post-payroll validation, time and attendance management, and reporting. Drive GDS Payroll delivery initiatives and partner with global payroll engagement teams.
Requires strong technical knowledge of payroll regulations, project management skills, and previous experience in handling high-volume full-function payroll. Must have a background in Payroll/HR/Finance with understanding of core payroll processes, good stakeholder management, and proven ability to work effectively individually and in teams.
