Job description
EY is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to manage complex payroll processing across multiple locations in the UK. As a Senior Payroll Manager, your primary responsibilities will include managing end-to-end payroll processing for multiple business units, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments, maintaining compliance with UK payroll regulations, and developing strategic payroll solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 5-7 years of payroll management experience, advanced proficiency in payroll software systems, in-depth knowledge of UK tax and employment regulations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex payroll transformations and process improvements.
