Job description
EY is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist who can work remotely across Hungary, with one monthly in-person office day. The role involves supervising payroll and tax returns for various companies, requiring strong analytical and coordination skills in a dynamic multinational environment.
As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you'll coordinate and control payroll tasks for clients, including analytics, calculations, preparing monthly and quarterly returns, and managing year-end processes. Key responsibilities involve comprehensive payroll management across different industry sectors.
The ideal candidate must have a specialized payroll certificate, 3+ years of Hungarian end-to-end payroll experience, proficiency in NEXON software, and strong knowledge of social security, personal income tax, and labor laws. Excellent English and Hungarian communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
