Job description
EY is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist in Pécs to join their Tax Service Line. The role involves coordinating and controlling payroll tasks for various companies, preparing statutory reports, and maintaining compliance with payroll legislations. Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of end-to-end payroll experience and strong attention to detail.
Primary responsibilities include coordinating and controlling payroll tasks for clients, performing detailed analytics and calculations, preparing monthly and quarterly tax returns, generating comprehensive reports, managing year-opening and year-closing processes, and maintaining strong relationships with international clients and team members.
Required experience includes a specialized payroll certificate, 3-4 years of end-to-end payroll experience, user-level knowledge of NEXON software, excellent English communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and up-to-date knowledge of social security, personal income tax, and labor law regulations.
