Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an audit and advisory firm, preferably with a higher education in finance or economics. Strong interest in economic events, knowledge of Polish and international accounting standards, team management skills, excellent communication abilities, willingness to travel, and very good English proficiency (minimum B2 level) are essential.
