Primary responsibilities include conducting financial statement analysis for audit subjects, managing project teams by delegating tasks and verifying work progress, daily client collaboration, coordinating projects within EY's international office network, and supporting senior auditors in key discussions with audited companies' management boards.
Required experience includes minimum 3 years of experience in an audit-consulting firm, higher education preferably in finance or economics, interest in economic events, knowledge of Polish and international accounting standards, team management skills, readiness for business travel, and very good English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
