Primary responsibilities include leading audit projects for financial statement analysis of enterprises, managing small project teams by delegating tasks and verifying work progress, daily collaboration with clients, coordinating projects within EY's international office network, and supporting lead auditors in key discussions with company management boards.
Required experience includes a minimum of 3 years in an audit and consulting firm, higher education (preferably in finance or economics), keen interest in economic events, knowledge of Polish and international accounting standards, team management skills, readiness for regular business travel, and very good English proficiency (minimum B2 level). Additional certifications like Certified Auditor or ACCA are advantageous.
