Primary responsibilities include leading the implementation of new client tax and accounting processes, setting up clients in ERP systems, coordinating tax and accounting workflow, verifying project scopes, identifying sensitive issues, overseeing team procedures, supervising junior accountants, managing client projects, preparing financial statements, tax declarations, management reports, and maintaining communication with clients and tax authorities.
Required experience includes professional experience in tax reporting, practical knowledge of tax regulations (CIT, VAT, WHT), expertise in maintaining accounting books according to accounting standards, experience with financial accounting systems, higher education in finance or economics, advanced MS Office and Excel skills, and excellent Polish and English language proficiency.
