As a software architect in EY's Digital Health Excellence Center (DHEC), you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding development teams to maintain architectural vision. This includes working with near- and off-shore technical teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure software solutions for healthcare clients comply with health regulations and standards. You will collaborate closely with clinical teams, administrators, and healthcare professionals to prioritize and address health-specific software requirements.
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Deep understanding of mobile application development frameworks, iOS and Android operating systems, and software architectures across all layers is crucial. Proven experience in writing technical concepts, database design, data modeling, and familiarity with CI/CD technologies is required. Expertise in healthcare system landscapes, interoperability between healthcare-specific data formats, and knowledge of the German healthcare system are significant advantages.
