Job description
EY is seeking a Junior Administration Specialist with fluent French to perform various administrative tasks supporting internal teams in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage executive calendars, prepare presentations, and provide high-level administrative support.
As an executive assistant, the primary responsibilities include managing executives' calendars, scheduling meetings and conference calls, preparing presentations and reports, arranging travel and expenses, understanding business needs of senior management, and serving as the first point of contact for key executives.
The role requires excellent French language skills (C1 level), strong organizational and communication abilities, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and 1-3 years of professional administrative experience. The candidate must be proactive, team-oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining high professional standards.
