Job description
EY seeks a 6-month intern for their Customer Satisfaction Management team in Paris. The role focuses on collecting and analyzing client feedback, supporting continuous service improvement and client retention strategies through comprehensive satisfaction assessment processes.
Primary responsibilities include attending client satisfaction interviews in French and occasionally English, documenting interview outcomes, integrating insights into survey management tools, tracking action plans, and creating qualitative summaries for market leadership. The intern will serve as a proactive cross-functional facilitator, working collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal candidates are currently pursuing higher education at the Bac+4/Bac+5 level, demonstrating exceptional writing skills and a genuine interest in customer relationships. Strong organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, and teamwork capabilities are essential. The candidate should be dynamic, multitasking, and capable of managing diverse assignments while interacting with multiple internal and external contacts.
