EY Société d'Avocats is seeking a law intern for their Corporate M&A team in Paris starting July 2025 or January 2026. The role involves supporting experienced lawyers in business law, focusing on due diligence, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring projects.
Primary responsibilities include assisting senior lawyers and partners in corporate legal matters, participating in due diligence processes, acquisition projects, and supporting commercial and contract law activities within the M&A team.
Required experience includes being a law student with a third-cycle degree in business law, previous internship experience in law firms, and demonstrating a strong interest in business law. Mandatory requirements include advanced English language skills, both written and spoken, with a preference for candidates from DJCE programs.
