Job description
EY Société d'Avocats seeks a law student intern for their Nantes office to work in Contracts, Competition, and Distribution law from January to June 2025. The intern will support the legal team in legal research, contract drafting, and case management across various legal domains.
Primary responsibilities include conducting legal research, assisting team members in case tracking, drafting contracts, procedural documents, and legal consultations in both French and English. The intern will work across various legal domains including business contracts, litigation, competition, and consumer law.
Candidates must be law students or hold a Master's degree in Business/Economic Law, preferably with a DJCE background. Previous internship experience in law firms or companies is essential. Strong English language skills are mandatory, along with excellent writing abilities, analytical skills, rigor, and commitment.
