Job description
EY is seeking an IT support professional in Rome to provide first-level technical support, manage computer systems, and assist users with technical issues. The role involves hands-on IT support tasks, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer infrastructure in a dynamic, learning-focused environment.
Primary responsibilities include providing telephone and email support for computer and software issues, configuring new personal computers and smartphones, maintaining shared printers, performing software installations and reinstallations, and offering first-level technical assistance to users via multiple communication channels.
Required experience includes a degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field, basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer networks, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, ability to work under pressure, and excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
