Job description
EY is seeking an Events Assistant Intern to support their Brand, Marketing, and Communication department in Paris. The role involves assisting project managers in organizing 120-150 annual events, handling logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination. Ideal for a communication or business school student looking to gain practical experience in event management.
Primary responsibilities include supporting event project managers by researching venues, preparing internal client recommendations, managing relationships with various service providers (venue sourcers, caterers, technical teams), organizing event logistics, and ensuring smooth on-site event coordination.
The ideal candidate is a communication or business school student (Bac+4 level) with prior internship experience in event organization. Strong English skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively are essential. The candidate should demonstrate proactivity, anticipation skills, rigor, dynamism, and curiosity.
