Job description
A 6-month internship opportunity at EY's Talent Team in Paris, offering a challenging role in recruitment for a passionate candidate interested in human resources and talent acquisition. The internship provides a chance to work with a global leader in consulting, audit, and strategy, and gain exposure to diverse business areas.
Primary responsibilities include supporting the recruitment team through various stages of the hiring process, such as defining candidate profiles, drafting job advertisements, identifying potential candidates on professional networks, conducting initial phone screenings, participating in recruitment interviews, and tracking candidate pipelines.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing higher education in business, engineering, or university studies, with a strong interest in human resources, recruiting, and employer branding. Strong organizational skills, enthusiasm, dynamism, and teamwork abilities are essential. Knowledge of professional networking platforms like LinkedIn is considered an advantage.
