Primary responsibilities include analyzing pre-litigation and litigation issues, tracking transactional negotiations, reviewing protocols, drafting legal correspondence, preparing legal research and analytical notes on diverse legal topics such as criminal law, business law, compliance, professional secrecy, and regulated professions.
Required experience includes a third-cycle law degree (DJCE/Master 2), potential trainee lawyer status, complementary education from business school or political science institute. Candidates must have minimum prior experience in business litigation and/or business criminal law, preferably from a previous long-term internship in a law firm specializing in these areas.
