EY is offering a 6-month legal internship in Paris for a law student or trainee lawyer interested in business law. The role involves contract review, legal research, and supporting the legal department's various activities with a focus on contract management and legal analysis.
As a legal intern at EY's internal Legal Department, you will participate in various legal activities, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating service contracts, framework agreements, NDAs, sponsorship/partnership agreements, and analyzing public or private tenders.
Candidates must have a third-cycle law degree (DJCE/Master 2) or be a trainee lawyer seeking PPI internship. Ideal candidates have complementary training from a top business school, IEP, or L.L.M. Previous internships demonstrating an interest in business law are preferred. Mandatory fluency in English is required, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
