As part of the Reward team in People Advisory Services, you will support national and international companies during mergers and acquisitions by creating HR-focused due diligence reports. This includes investigating compensation systems, analyzing incentive structures, and providing strategic advice on reward mechanisms for companies during transactions and IPOs.
The ideal candidate will have a successfully completed university degree in economics, business administration with a focus on strategy or finance, or mathematics. Candidates should have preferably initial professional experience in a consulting firm, strong analytical skills, and the ability to think conceptually. Fluent German and English language skills are essential, along with strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
