Job description
EY is seeking a Strategic Consultant for their HR Due Diligence / Reward team in Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, or Munich. This role involves providing strategic consulting services to national and international companies, focusing on HR due diligence, compensation systems, and reward strategies.
As part of the Reward team in People Advisory Services, you will support national and international companies during mergers and acquisitions by creating HR-focused due diligence reports. This includes investigating compensation systems, analyzing incentive structures, and providing strategic advice on reward mechanisms for companies during transactions and IPOs.
The ideal candidate will have a successfully completed university degree in economics, business administration with a focus on strategy or finance, or mathematics. Candidates should have preferably initial professional experience in a consulting firm, strong analytical skills, and the ability to think conceptually. Fluent German and English language skills are essential, along with strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
